Meetings take place at We recommend arriving early if you'd like to order lunch. On occassion, we've been known to take care of the lunch bill however.11:30 a.m. every second Thursday of the month, in the conference room at El Dos de Oros, 1921 S. Range Ave, Colby, Kan.
