Families and individuals of northwest Kansas who are affected by Parkinson's Disease now have a local organization working to provide encouragement, education, resources and support.
ABOUT
Parkinson's Families of Northwest Kansas - "We are normal families ... struggling to overcome and survive this progressive, debilitating disease. We are here to listen and provide encouragement."
LiveWell Northwest Kansas and the Thomas County Coalition are proud to support this new organization as they work towards benefiting the health and lives of northwest Kansas residents.
The group's next meeting is scheduled for 2 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 8, in the Fireside Lounge of Colby Community College. Meetings are held biweekly and are open to the public.
