About The Event
2020 Flu Season
Due to Covid-19, flu clinics will be minimal. There will be a drive-through clinic available on October 6 and all residents are encouraged by the Thomas County Health Department to participate.Â
Drive Thru Flu ClinicÂ
Hosted by the Thomas County Health Department and in coordination with the Colby United Methodist Church and Colby Commmunity College.
IMPORTANT
- Registration/Flu Consent Form MUST be filled out prior to your arrival. It is available in both English and Spanish.Forms must be filled out every year; last year's form will not be accepted. Forms can be found HERE.Â
- Parents of patients under the age of 18 must sign consent for all minors but do not need to be present at the time of vaccination.
- Bring your insurance cards and/or form of payment.
- Call Health Department Director Kendra Glassman at( (785) 460-4596 for pricing information and other details. There is a discount when paying with cash.

1-2 PEOPLE
- If you have 1-2 people in your vehicle getting the flu shot, please drive into the Colby United Methodist Church using the entrance on Pine Street. Follow the flow of traffic.
- Stay in your vehicle; roll down your window(s) for each person receiving vaccination; keep your face mask on even while in your vehicle; have insurance, form of payment, and registration papers ready; and, have your injection site exposed.
3+ PEOPLE
- If you have 3 or more people in your vehicle getting the flu shot, please drive into the Colby United Methodist Church using the south entrance on Poplar Street.
- Stay in your vehicle; roll down your window(s) for each person receiving vaccination; keep your face mask on even while in your vehicle; have insurance, form of payment, and registration papers ready; and, have your injection site exposed.
